Our Guesthouse is situated in a well-renovated and thoroughly modernized older building. Its functioning, original elevator from the year 1912 is protected by preservation laws. In a total area of 500 square meters, we offer you 10 exquisitely furnished rooms, each individually designed and evincing a different style. Basically, the rooms accommodate two people. Up to three people, however, can inhabit the rooms HOUSE and TANGO...

Our guests live on a quiet side-street in the heart of Berlin, located in the western district of Schöneberg, as close to the KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westens) department store as they are to various local sites. From here, for example, the Gedächtniskirche (Memorial Church), Europa Center shopping mall, and Kurfürstendamm boulevard can all be easily be reached on foot. Close to our Guesthouse are many shopping possibilities, but also a wide selection of fine restaurants. At the same time, a variety of public transportation means are practically at your doorstep –
for instance, the Viktoria-Luise-Platz U-Bahn station stop.

We offer economically-priced rooms with shared bathroom and bathing facilities as well as rooms with a private bathroom and shower. All the rooms have a total area measuring at least 20 square meters, parquet flooring or wooden floorboards, and tall ceilings which, in some cases, feature their original ceiling ornamentation.
In addition, some rooms offer you a balcony. Here you receive all the comfort otherwise found in a 5-star hotel.

The furnishings are completed by a large double bed, chaise lounge chair or sofa; writing table, spacious wardrobe closet, mirror, mini-bar, TV, DVD player, safe for valuables, bathrobes, hairdryer, and free-of-charge DSL Internet access. The walls of the Guesthouse are decorated with loaned, original gold or platinum records awarded to different recording artists for selling the corresponding number of albums. The Guesthouse offers two large and modern, shared bathroom facilities in which you are sure to feel at ease. While containing a toilet, bidet, and bathtub, they also feature a pair of sinks, a large mirror, and receive direct daylight. Two separate toilet facilities are available as well. Since we insist on cleanliness, these areas are thoroughly checked several times a day.
